CHYT Results Now Available in ClickBench
We’ve added CHYT to the ClickBench benchmark, allowing for an honest comparison of its performance against other market solutions.
About the Benchmark
ClickBench uses a realistic dataset — a table with 105 columns and approximately 100 million rows, derived from the traffic of a major analytics platform. The test includes 43 queries that simulate real analytical tasks using standard SQL.
While the benchmark primarily targets OLAP systems, it also includes classic transactional databases for comparison.
Why This Matters
Participating in benchmarking helps us:
- Identify CHYT’s strengths and weaknesses across different scenarios
- Objectively compare performance against competitors
- Determine directions for future improvements
Our Tests
We tested CHYT in several configurations — with 1, 2, 4, and 9 instances — to demonstrate how scaling affects the execution speed of various queries.
All results are available on the ClickHouse website — you can compare CHYT with other systems there and evaluate the effectiveness of different configurations.
